Stdy Store — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Stdy Store mobile app ("the app", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Stdy Store app for Android and iOS.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, phone number, email address and password when you create an account or sign in. You can browse, add to cart and save favourites as a guest without an account.
- Delivery details — the addresses and contact phone numbers you add so that orders can be delivered.
- Orders and activity — items in your cart and wishlist, orders, returns, product reviews you write, and recently viewed products.
- Device information — a push-notification token for your device so we can send order updates and offers, plus the app version and language.
- Messages — anything you send us through the in-app contact form.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or microphone data. If you turn on fingerprint or face sign-in, the check happens on your device; we never receive your biometric data.
Payments
Card payments are handled on a secure checkout page operated by our payment provider, Paymob. Your card number is entered on their page and is not stored by the app or on our servers. You can also pay cash on delivery.
How we use your information
- to create and manage your account and verify your phone number or email;
- to process, deliver and support your orders and returns;
- to send order-status notifications and, if you allow notifications, offers;
- to keep your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items in sync across your devices;
- to prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the service:
- Delivery partners — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order;
- Paymob — to process card payments;
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
Some product pages show videos embedded from YouTube, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Security and retention
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and sign-in tokens are kept in your device's secure storage. We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations related to past orders.
Your choices

- Turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the app.
