Stdy Store — Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Stdy Store account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Stdy Store and sign in.
Go to Account → Profile.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Send a deletion request through Contact us in the app from another device, or email info@webstdy.com, stating the phone number or email of the account.

What is deleted

Your profile, saved addresses, wishlist, cart, reviews and notification tokens are deleted. Records of completed orders and invoices may be kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, after which they are deleted too.
